Google has recently announced its partnership with the popular online collaborative whiteboard Miro. This means that Miro is now integrated with Google Workspace thus providing enhanced collaborative features to boost productivity and cross-functional collaboration. Drive users will now get access to Miro's intuitive canvas where they can work collaboratively and in real-time to generate and brainstorm ideas.
Once you connect Miro with your Google Workspace you will be able to easily import Docs,Sheets, and Slides into your Miro boards. You will also be able to create drawings, add text, insert shapes to design immersive learning experiences on Miroc boards. And if you use Google Calendar, you can attach and share your Miroc boards ahead of your meetings.
The most important aspect of Miro's integration with Google services is especially manifested in Google Meet. The integration of Miro's whiteboarding functionalities into Google Meet adds engaging and immersive features to meetings. For instance, starting early 2022 participants in a meeting will get 'an immersive side-by-side video and whiteboard experience that’s ideal for brainstorming, sketching, and iteration during meetings.'
