If you have missed them, the Google Drive updates below are worth checking out. The one I really like is the new Templates feature in Google Docs which allows you to easily generate documents from notes on your Google Calendar. There is also the new functionality added to Google Sites that lets you create custom themes for your sites. Check out the updates below and share with your colleagues.

With this new update Google Sites users will now be able to create their own custom themes. Instead of the six pre-made themes provided by Sites, users are now able to design themes that suit their own personal style. They can customize fonts and text style, add/change colors, insert brand images, add buttons and navigational elements, and many more.

2- A New Meeting Notes Template in Google Docs
I learned about this new update in Google Docs through a tweet by Peter Horner. Docs users are now able to generate documents from Google Calendar. With a single click you will be able to import all of your Calendar notes into your document. To access this new feature, open a document in Google Docs, click on Insert, Templates, Meeting Notes.

If you are conducting a Google meeting from a place where  background lighting is an issue (e.g., dim light, or strong light coming from a window etc.), you no longer have to worry about the quality of the visibility of your video. "Google Meet on the web now automatically detects when a user appears underexposed and enhances the brightness to improve their visibility."
