Here is another great resource to help you in your distance education. Tech Toolkit for Families and Guardians is a resource from Google for Education to help educators and parents make the best of Google technology in the education of their students and kids. Materials in this resource cover four main sections: Google for Education video series, Google terms glossary, best practices for family engagement, and Tech FAQ.

This is a YouTube playlist "Google Innovator, Trainers, and GEG Leaders dive into how students are using these products and features in the classroom, and what guardians need to know. This playlist covers G Suite for Education, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Chromebooks, accessibility, and Security".

This section features Google tools that teachers and educators use in their classrooms. These include: "product names and descriptions of how the products are being used by students, such as Google Classroom, Meet, and more. We’ve made this glossary digestible and printable, so families and guardians can get a brief overview of the digital technologies their child could be using".

"This one-pager provides best practices for families and guardians to stay engaged with their child’s education, build healthy digital habits, and communicate with the educator and their student on their progress."

In this section, you will get to access " the most frequently asked questions from families and guardians on the technologies kids are using in the classroom and issues they may run into. We’ve made this FAQ so it can easily be distributed, and serve as either quick answers that educators can pull from to help families and guardians, or share directly with them."
