1. Padlet
Padlet is an online bulletin board that teachers and students can use to collaborate, curate, and share digital content. The way Padlet works is simple and easy: users create padlets and add posts to them; others interact with publicly shared posts(e.g, through comments and reactions) or contribute by adding more resources. Posts can contain various types of digital content such as text, videos, audio recordings, screencasts, web links, graphs, images, GIFs, and many more.
3- LiveBinders
LiveBinders is among the first organizational tools I tried back when the social web was still in its infancy. Since then, I have repeatedly reviewed and recommended it for teachers and students. LiveBinders offers a wide variety of interesting features that makes it allow students and teachers to easily organize digital resources online.
For instance, students can create online paperless binders and start uploading content (e.g., documents, files, presentations, etc). They can also add website links and embed codes, insert notes, and more. Once their binders are ready they can share them with others using generated URLs or via email or embed code.
4- Evernote Web Clipper
For those of you using Evernote, this is a must have tool. It allows you to easily clip web content and save it to your Evernote account accessible across different devices. You can clip any article or web page, use text and visual callouts to draw attention and share saves via email or via a unique URL.
5- SymbalooEDU
SymbalooEDU is another excellent web tool you can use to visually organize digital content. It helps you ‘Manage your favorite bookmarks and web resources, then share them with your colleagues or students!’.
6- Pinterest
You can use Pinterest to discover, search for and save interesting content from the web. Pinterest Boards are a great way to organize your saved content. You can create boards for specific topics and each time you come across a piece of content relevant to any of your boards, click on Pinterest button to pin and save it there.
7- Feedly
Feedly is another excellent curation tool that enables you to easily save, read and share web content. You can add the feeds of websites and blogs you are interested in and access all their content from a single place. Feedly's AI tool, Leo, can help you sift through and find relevant content.
