- Click on Spreadsheet icon on top right

- Click on ‘More’ and select ‘Download responses (.csv).’
5- Stop collecting responses
- Open a form in Google Forms
- Click ‘Responses’ at the top of the form
- Turn off ‘Accepting responses’
6- Turn on/off response notifications
- Open a form in Google Forms
- Click ‘Responses’ at the top of the form
- Click on ‘More’ and select ‘Get email notifications for new responses’.
7- Collect respondents email addresses
This feature allows you to collect email addresses from your respondents.Anyone who wants to fill in your form will be prompted to provide their email address.
- Open a form in Google Forms.
- In the top right, click Settings.
- Check the box next to "Collect email address."
