A few years ago we published a post on the digital writing process and highlighted one of the best resources that provides theoretical background to this approach, it  is Troy Hicks book “ The Digital Writing Workshop” (Amazon affiliate link). Today we revisited this post and decided to change things a little bit, update and add new apps and provide extra resources to help enhance the teaching of writing. As you can see from the visual below, the writing process is divided into three main stages: pre-writing, editing/revising, and publishing. For each of this stages we came up with 4 suggested apps to help you digitally realize it. Check them out and share with us your feedback.

This visual is also available for free download in PDF format. For links to the apps you may want to check this chart.
