TED is one of our favourite video resources we have featured in several of our previous lists. It provides teachers access to a wide range of educational and inspirational videos ideal for classroom inclusion. Check out this page to see some of our recommended talks curated specifically for teachers. However, today we want to bring to your attention this excellent app called TEDiSUB which you can use with the TED talks you share with your students.
As its name indicates, TEDiSUB provides subtitles to TED talks. It lets you view two different subtitles at once (e.g English/Japanese). It also offers a number of other interesting features including convenient video control interface, supports various gesture, supports multiple languages, supports video and subtitle downloads and many more. TEDiSUB is free. Next time you want to watch a TED talk with your students make sure you give it a try.
