Today we spent sometime checking the archives of Chrome Web Store and singled out for you the collection below. These are all Chrome extensions created by Google but are not very popular among teachers ( compared with add-ons such as Google Classroom, Scholar..etc). Some of things you can do with these tools include: improve webpage colour perception to help people who are colour blind, access a virtual keyboard that supports over 90 languages, easily cast your Chrome content and tabs to your TV, access interactive training lessons to help you make the best of your G Suite experience, search pages similar to the one you are browsing…and many more.

1- Color Enhancer


‘A customizable color filter applied to webpages to improve color perception, for people who are partially color-blind.’

2- Google Input Tools


‘The Google Input Tools extension provides virtual keyboards for over 90 languages, full IMEs or direct transliteration for over 30 different scripts, and handwriting input for over 40 languages.’

3- Google Cast (no longer available)
