In fact, these 6 Cs are also applicable to any sort of digital content found online bet it a primary source or not. These are evaluative criteria to use each time you come across content you want to integrate in your lessons or share with your colleagues. These very same 6 Cs, in my view, are also important elements of digital curation and digital citizenship.
